Q:How long will it take to receive my order?

A: Lead times for the shop vary.. generally belts and suspenders have a 4 week lead time. You will be given an estimate at the time an order is placed. Harness,bells and tack have longer lead times.
Q: Can I expedite my order?

A: No. Orders are filled as they are received and leatherwork is very time consuming.
Q: Can I visit your store to buy a belt?
​
A: We don't have a physical store, just a workshop. We do not carry "stock" belts, every item is made to order.
Q: I want a totally custom designed belt- different color, tooling, etc. Can you do that?

A:Absolutely! Send an email with your ideas and we can work with you to design something .
Q: I have an old belt that needs repair.

A:Send an email with a description of what needs repair and pictures if applicable. We'll see if we can help.
