Belt features hand stamping(not embossing!), hand creased keepers , hand finished edges. Choice of silver or brass buckle and color: light oil, light oil with antique or medium oil with antique. Please take the time to measure for your new belt. It will take less than 5 minutes- I promise. This will ensure that it fits well and is comfortable for you. Because these items are literally handmade with a minimal amount of modern machinery and not off the shelf, slight variations in color and size are to be expected and are not considered defects.

How to Measure for a belt:( Please see the diagram for a helpful visual)

The easiest way to measure for a new belt is to use an old one that fits you well. Lay the old belt out on a flat surface and measure from where the leather folds around the buckle to the hole most frequently used. Remember to round up to the nearest whole number. Example: Your measurement comes up 43 1/4". Round up to 44".

Another way, if you don't have a belt that fits: Using a piece of non stretchy string or cord, thread it through your belt loops and pinch the ends together where they meet. Mark the two with a pen or marker. Lay it out on a table or flat surface and measure from the two marks you made. Remember to round up if it falls in-between sizes.

Orders are shipped via USPS. You will receive an email when your order is placed with current lead time for the shop. Once an order has shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email that will contain your tracking information.
Lay an old belt straightened out on a flat surface and using a tape measure, measure from the fold of the buckle to the hole most frequently used. If the measurement falls on a half size, round up to the nearest inch. Write that number down in the comment section when you place your order. This is the number we go by to make a new belt. If you do not own a belt: Take a tape measure or non stretchy rope and run it thru the belt loops while wearing your favorite pair of pants. Where the two ends meet up front is your measurement. Please write that number down
All belts and suspenders are sold with a lifetime warranty. This covers product materials and construction under normal, intended wear and use. Broken buckles and lost screws are also covered. In the event a buckle breaks or you lose a screw, I will send out a new buckle and/or screws. They are easily replaced by customer at home. I reserve the right to substitute a similar buckle to the original. In the event a replacement belt , suspenders or buckle is needed, customer will ship product back to shop at their own cost. Clark Harness will ship replacement back to customer for free. Replacements will be sent in original size, color and pattern ordered.

What is not covered?

-Damage from improper storage

-Excessive water damage

-Belt/suspenders not staying straight- this is normal, desirable & not a defect.

-Damage from animals:chewmarks, scratches,etc

-Chemical damage

-Belt/suspenders being used for unintended purposes

-Customer weight loss or gain

-Customer preformed modifications

-Cosmetic wear on buckle or leather

- Dye loss or fading

-Wear on stamped or carved belts

-Stretching of leather under 1 3/4"

Horse harness parts (with the exception of collars and hames) may be exchanged to ensure correct fit. For any other non custom items to be eligible for a refund, you have to return the item you have purchased to us within 30 calendar days of the purchase .The item must be un worn , un used, in original condition and in it's original packaging. Returns will be refunded to original form of payment. Buyer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. If our products arrive damaged, please contact us right away to discuss. All customized orders are non returnable/refundable.
